What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of the Core platform for market data, quantitative research, pricing, and strategies.
• Develop tools and frameworks to deliver capabilities for tuning/developing data-driven systematic pricing and trading strategies.
• Collaborate with focus group engineers, Quants, and Technical traders to refine requirements, collect feedback, and iterate on design and implementation.
• Write software for exchange connectivity, receiving market data and sending orders via APIs (FIX, Websocket, HTTP).
• Implement and continuously improve trading algorithms, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
• Investigate and resolve production issues such as crashes and performance bottlenecks, and enhance monitoring.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years professional C++ software development experience within the Financial industry.
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and highly scalable code.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming.
• Strong interest in achieving maximum performance from available hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical business colleagues.
