TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of digital design systems, building on established patterns and iterating on new components.
• Act as a hands-on creative lead, inspiring and directing a design team to achieve excellence.
• Drive strategies that address customer needs and business goals across digital channels.
• Contribute innovative creative solutions and develop proposals for account growth and new business.
• Lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams, including creative, technology, planning, and account managers.
• Develop, monitor, and modify creative department staffing strategies, performance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design, marketing, or communications interactive work and design leadership experience.
• 4+ years of Design Systems experience.
• Experience in a lead design role within a project-based strategic, creative, or technical agency environment.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling with video, including editing, pacing, and motion design.
• Proficiency in Figma as a creative extension.
• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative professionals.
