What you will do

• Develop and refine interactive product questionnaires for customized legal documents.
• Write and edit clear, succinct text to simplify the legal document creation process for users.
• Collaborate with Legal, Design, Development, and QA teams to optimize web products for conversion.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify and resolve usability problem areas.
• Conduct product research and user testing to inform questionnaire improvements.
• Implement and develop UX best practices to increase user engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, Library Science, or related fields.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Edmonton, Alberta.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a succinct way that users can understand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Technical writing experience.
• Knowledge of law and legal matters.
• Working knowledge of UX best practices.
• Software development knowledge.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
