Location: This position can be located in Philadelphia, USA, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office).

What you will do

• Provide market intelligence about ETF and Mutual Funds to various members of the Index business.
• Assist in developing research into the current ETF market environment by analyzing industry data.
• Support business unit strategy and provide external content to position hirify.global Index as a thought leader.
• Prepare and present standard and customized research reports including comparative market commentary and performance analyses.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of commensurate experience.
• Degree qualified in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and prior experience working in Databricks.
• Strong writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen to internal stakeholders, understand their objectives, and provide thoughtful solutions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the asset management industry or an analytical role in financial services.
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
