What you will do

• Participate in cross-company operational projects aimed at aligning processes, tools, and execution standards.
• Act as a coordination point between different operational teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear ownership, and effective communication.
• Create and maintain operational guidelines, playbooks, and documentation to standardize ways of working.
• Supervise specific events or operational executions to ensure processes are followed and identifying gaps between design and execution.
• Lead analysis to support decision-making, balancing operational efficiency, cost control, and experience quality.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• You have 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
• You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Having previous experience in preparing operational reports and KPIs is highly valued
