What you will do

• Collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders across portfolio companies to implement the Banyan Operating System, driving operational improvements and growth.
• Lead high-impact projects across product, sales, and marketing as a right-hand to an Operating Partner.
• Assist in integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Support the Operating Partner with critical initiatives, cross-company collaboration, and key decision-making efforts.
• Gain hands-on experience to prepare for future leadership roles, including potential CEO or C-suite positions.

Requirements

• Must be a graduating or recently graduated student from a top MBA program.
• 2-5 years of prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or an operational leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Proven track record of leading projects, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and growth, with a long-term goal of stepping into an executive leadership position.
