What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of MS Dynamics Business Central engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.
• Define and own the Business Central technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, stability, and alignment with business goals.
• Architect and oversee customisations and extensions using AL and related technologies.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, release management, and quality assurance.
• Explore and implement new technologies, including Azure services, Power Platform, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver efficient, business-aligned solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations (APIs, web services), and performance optimisation.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services (e.g., Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, AI Builder) to enhance ERP functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English required.
