What you will do

• Partner with General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to scale hirify.global's platform use across legal functions.
• Take full ownership of client relationships, from running pilots to guiding department-wide adoption.
• Act as the voice of in-house users, sharing insights that inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver clear, confident product demos and training to diverse legal stakeholders.
• Document best practices from leading legal departments and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Confidently help in-house teams navigate the shift to AI, evaluating ROI and impact on legal functions.

Requirements

• Background in law, with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, passionate about navigating technical conversations around generative AI and technology implementation.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from General Counsels to engineers.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity in a fast-moving environment.
• Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes with new and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once.
