What you will do

• Bridge research and product to turn generative models into production features across first-party app and API.
• Experiment quickly, build rigorous evaluations, and create datasets for ML systems.
• Partner with research, engineering, infra, and product to ship reliable and scalable ML systems.
• Fine-tune and deploy models for creative use cases (text-to-image, image-to-text, image enhancement, multimodal).
• Set clear success metrics (quality, latency, cost) and contribute to safety, monitoring, and reliability of systems.
• Lead 0 to 1 projects shaping Applied AI practices and delivering user-centric features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping ML products.
• Proficiency in backend coding with Python, PyTorch, or Jax.
• Ability to design benchmarks, run error analyses, and debug numerical stability across data, training, and inference.
• Experience taking ML features from idea to evaluation to production with measurable gains.
• Comfortable curating, labeling, and cleaning datasets, and designing evaluation corpora and failure-mode analyses.
• Familiarity with modern deep learning concepts such as transformers, diffusion, and encoders.
• Strong ownership, urgency, curiosity, and ability to learn fast in a startup setting.
