What you will do

• Lead by example in AI-assisted development, leveraging tools to streamline coding, testing, and problem-solving.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using React on the frontend and Ruby or Python on the backend.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and manage search/analytics using OpenSearch.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage AWS to manage, maintain, and integrate applications and services.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and engineers within a hybrid Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, working with React on the frontend and Ruby or Python on the backend.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
