What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Group Engineering Managers, ensuring sustainable, high-performing teams.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability across engineering functions.
• Own and continuously refine the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) maturity and processes.
• Drive planning, estimation quality, and delivery predictability across multi-team programs.
• Lead the establishment, scaling, and cultural integration of new engineering hubs globally.
• Champion investment in technical debt, platform resilience, and architectural evolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience, including managing multiple product engineering teams and managers.
• Experience in a multi-product integrated SaaS environment.
• Proven success driving engineering maturity within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrable experience scaling engineering teams internationally and establishing new hubs.
• Strong track record of driving improvements using engineering metrics and implementing modern tooling, including AI-based development accelerators.
• Experience in cloud-native, microservices-oriented, and API-led architectures.
