What you will do
- Define technology vision and engineering standards for Segments & Propositions.
- Lead design and delivery of data-driven products, enabling AI capabilities and exploring emerging technologies.
- Oversee FinTech solutions integration and cloud hosting (GCP), ensuring operational resilience and security.
- Provide strategic oversight for iOS and and Android mobile application development and microservices integration.
- Drive adoption of ML models for training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Create delivery plans, manage governance, and align technology with business OKRs.
- Attract, develop, and mentor engineering talent, building capability in data engineering and cloud-native practices.
- Lead and foster collaboration within geographically dispersed agile teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting technology visions and architecture, especially for data products and platforms.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering practices: microservices, API-driven design, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Proficiency in FinTech integration, deploying models on GCP, and building scalable, secure cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android, integrated with enterprise platforms via microservices.
- Knowledge of deploying ML models and managing their lifecycle.
- Proven ability to assemble, mentor, and energize high-performing engineering teams, including distributed groups.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery, ensuring operational reliability and product velocity.
