What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of retail media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Direct the full lifecycle of retail media campaigns across major e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee strategic planning, budget allocation, execution, and performance analysis.
• Lead comprehensive reporting and advanced analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience within the digital media, e-commerce, or retail media space.
• Has strong knowledge of Amazon and e-retail merchandising and media capabilities in the Middle East.
• Thorough understanding of digital, mobile, social media, digital content partnerships, e-commerce and video.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
