What you will do

• Lead negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate prospects.
• Prepare negotiation strategies for each engagement, including walk-away points and target outcomes.
• Execute negotiations to secure partnerships at or below target terms.
• Document outcomes and hand off closed deals to the Partner Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Open to interns, fresh graduates, and early-career candidates with strong potential.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Western influencers and high-value partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
• Ability to prepare and execute negotiation strategies based on provided briefs and commercial parameters.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and handover capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
