What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of Kubernetes environments.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and security issues in Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on optimizing application deployments.
• Manage network stack, including configuration of network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate processes in Kubernetes and virtual environments, ensuring compliance with security best practices.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (VMware Tanzu knowledge is an advantage).
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere knowledge is an advantage).
• Good understanding of network stack, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools in Kubernetes environments.
• Czech language proficiency (required), English at B2 level.
