Calypso Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between front office users and technology teams for Calypso functionality.
• Capture and document business requirements related to trade capture, pricing, risk, and P&L reporting.
• Configure and test Calypso trade workflows, templates, and pricing models.
• Support the integration of market data and real-time position management tools.
• Assist in trade lifecycle events and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment.
• Investigate and resolve Calypso trade booking and valuation issues, and support regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the Calypso platform in a front-office or risk management environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial products including Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, Credit Derivatives, Bonds, and Structured Products.
• Understanding of trading desk operations, risk analytics, and P&L generation.
• Experience with Calypso trade capture, pricing models, and workflow configurations.
• Good knowledge of market data concepts (curves, surfaces, feeds).
• Excellent English communication skills to interact with traders and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Java or Calypso APIs for troubleshooting or enhancement.
• Experience with regulatory compliance modules (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID).
• Knowledge of SQL, XML messaging, or Calypso Data Model.
