What you will do

• Plan and execute product roadmaps for B2B enterprise solutions based on user needs and business priorities.
• Guide product direction using business insights and competitive analysis.
• Identify business challenges and user pain points, conducting market and competitor research.
• Partner with Technology, QA, and Operations to align on goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee product operations including user training, documentation, and analytics.
• Ensure products are secure, compliant, and meet high usability standards for internal system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in internet products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise management software.
• Proven ability to proactively plan product development with an industry-aware mindset.
• Strong experience in product requirement analysis and product design, providing direction for sub-products.
• Familiarity with internet product development lifecycles and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• English: B2 required.
