What you will do

• Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency and quality across teams.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives.
• Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Release teams, ensuring strong execution at every release.
• Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to improve async communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and increasing leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven, scaling organization.
• Obsession for improving processes, tools, and operational efficiency in product organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an ambiguous and changing environment.
• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
• Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing technology start-up.
• A Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Experience in crypto or web3 environments.
