What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global’s brand strategy, positioning, and narrative, ensuring clarity and differentiation.
• Lead hirify.global’s corporate communications strategy, including PR, executive communications, and media relations.
• Own analyst relations strategy and execution, partnering closely with product and leadership to shape category perception.
• Oversee high-impact content across brand campaigns, keynotes, launches, web, customer stories, and executive thought leadership.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People to ensure hirify.global’s narrative is consistent from external brand to internal culture.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand, communications, or related leadership roles in B2B technology.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a category-defining brand at a high-growth company.
• Exceptional storytelling skills — able to simplify complexity without losing credibility.
• Experience working closely with executive teams, including CEOs and boards.
• Strong judgment, presence, and ability to operate effectively in moments of ambiguity or rapid change.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise software strongly preferred.
