hirify.global is hiring Data Scientists for its User Event Analytics and Monetize teams, focused on driving product analytics and identifying revenue growth opportunities in online advertising.

What you will do

• Run analysis to explain product KPIs and improve system dashboards/reporting.
• Perform exploratory analysis to validate data hypotheses.
• Enhance system logging in production code.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and other system metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (flexibility is available for exceptional candidates).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a strong emphasis on data analytics.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language: C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R for general coding as well as data analysis.
• Experience in Machine Learning, Quantitative Analysis, Big Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Regression Modeling, Predictive Modeling, or Analytical Decision-Making.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• A collaborative team player with curiosity, a growth mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Working knowledge of any other cloud service.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production-quality code in fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and practical application of AI tools.
