What you will do

• Lead one or more data science efforts for hirify.global DSP, covering project ideation, solution design, measurement, and iteration.
• Design, develop, and test product experiments to enhance advertising performance.
• Actively analyze data, design, and develop models to solve complex business problems.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership by writing blogs, commentary, case studies, and speaking at industry conferences.
• Learn to design creative and multi-layered models, connect their impact to measurable business value, and experiment with multiple algorithms.

Requirements

• Master’s in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Analytics, Data Science) or Bachelor's from a reputed College with additional experience.
• 7-10 years of work experience in a quantitative field, with model building and validation experience.
• Comfortable with software programming and statistical platforms such as Python and R, including visualization tools.
• Comfortable with the big data ecosystem and Apache Spark.
• Excellent technical and business communication skills, able to present complex ideas simply to business counterparts.
• Possess a high degree of curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new areas.

Nice to have

• Ad tech related industry experience, applying ML/DL/Statistics algorithms to large datasets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud/Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with challenges of the identity-less world, particularly for iOS and Android.
