What you will do

• Analyze large datasets, extract valuable signals, and produce actionable insights for complex ML and bidding systems.
• Validate and quantify efficiency and performance gains from hypotheses through rigorous simulation and modelling.
• Develop robust experiment design and metric frameworks to provide reliable and unbiased insights for product and business decision making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.
• 2+ years minimum professional experience.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills, good at articulating product questions and using statistics for recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a deep understanding of ML algorithms, ranging from classical methods to advanced techniques such as gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), neural networks, and transformer-based architectures (e.g., sentence transformers, BERT variants).
• Proven experience building, training, and deploying ML models from scratch into production environments, including model lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing models at scale, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages, and database language (e.g., SQL) or data manipulation (e.g., Pandas).
