What you will do

• Research, design, and develop innovative generative AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate AI-driven solutions.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for deployment in production environments.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms (classification, prediction, clustering).
• Develop and maintain robust AI infrastructure.
• Document technical designs, decisions, and processes, communicating results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and ability to articulate product questions, pull data, and use statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1+).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms including classical methods, gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), neural networks, and transformer-based architectures.
• Proven experience with end-to-end deployment of ML models from scratch into production environments, including lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing models at scale, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages and database languages (e.g., SQL) or data manipulation (e.g., Pandas).
