Salary: $151,800.00 - $220,050.00

What you will do

• Set and execute an enterprise social media strategy aligned to brand and business priorities.
• Lead content, engagement, and performance across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Own social strategy and content for the CEO and select senior executives.
• Develop channel-specific content including video, financial shorts, thought leadership, and research-driven assets.
• Build and scale influencer programs that support brand and growth objectives.
• Oversee social listening, community engagement, and rapid-response protocols.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading social media strategy and execution.
• Proven experience building and managing influencer programs.
• 7+ years leading large-scale promotional or brand programs.
• Experience working in regulated corporate or agency environments.
• Strong people leadership skills, including executive partnership.

Nice to have

• Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience.
• Experience leading executive and corporate reputation social strategies.
