What you will do

• Develop and execute organic content strategy to achieve growth goals (reach, engagement, virality).
• Own end-to-end content production, publishing, and iteration across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Manage creators, UGC contributors, editors, motion designers, and AI tools for high content velocity and quality.
• Analyze content performance at a granular level and optimize aggressively based on insights.
• Build repeatable AI workflows for ideation, scripting, editing, captions, repurposing, and localization.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, product, community, and brand teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in organic social content or growth for mobile apps/consumer brands.
• Proven performance-driven mindset with viral content experience in the US as a key region.
• Strong data literacy and platform analytics expertise.
• Hands-on usage of AI tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Sora, Suno, HeyGen) and experience automating content workflows using AI.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution.
• High ownership, low ego, and readiness for hard work and fast iteration.
