What you will do
- Create high-quality, emotionally resonant content across platforms, including video, imagery, and editorial.
- Lead day-to-day storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Substack.
- Own day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimisation across social channels.
- Nurture meaningful on-platform engagement by responding thoughtfully and identifying super-fans.
- Develop clear, inspiring creative briefs for external creators and collaborators.
- Monitor content and platform performance, sharing clear, actionable insights with the team.
Requirements
- Ability to travel on key brand trips and moments.
- Strong editing skills with confidence using relevant software and apps for post-production.
- Confident both behind and in front of the camera, able to create lo-fi content independently.
- A natural storyteller with strong emotional intelligence and a deep feel for people and culture.
- Strong writer with editorial sensibility and an instinct for tone and narrative flow.
- Deeply interested in fashion, personal style, vintage, and digital culture.
