What you will do

• Plan and coordinate software releases across various environments.
• Manage release schedules, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for successful execution.
• Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Implement and maintain release management processes and best practices.
• Conduct post-release reviews to improve future processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software release management or a related role.
• Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS).
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on release planning and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
