What you will do

• Ship critical infrastructure managing real-world logistics and financial data.
• Achieve full-stack proficiency, working across system boundaries from frontend UX to LLM agents and database schemas.
• Leverage AI tools to focus on quality, architecture, and product taste.
• Solve real problems and directly impact customers within a 12-week program.
• Present technical work, detailing tradeoffs and business impact to the executive team and engineering organization.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS or higher in STEM fields, available to start full-time in 2027-2028.
• Working in person in the SF, Chicago, or NYC office 4 days a week.
• Proficiency with modern tech stack.
• AI Literate with strong intuition on how LLMs work and experience with AI native tools.
