Salary: $202,140-$247,060

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of technical and operational initiatives within the STEPS organization.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Own STEPS portfolio management and operating rhythms, including executive briefings and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Ensure execution excellence and continuous improvement in program management processes.
• Drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams, analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field/experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical program management with complex, cross-functional projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience collaborating and enabling geographically dispersed teams while translating requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track program metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and use data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Familiarity with security concepts like vulnerability management.
• Experience with AWS platform, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
• Background in Security, Site Reliability, or Developer/Platform Engineering.
