What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases within Salesforce or omnichannel environments.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, communication plans, and risk registers.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, escalating issues when needed.
• Support and enable delivery teams by ensuring clarity on priorities and resources.
• Lead status meetings, reporting activities, and project KPI tracking.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technology projects, preferably within Salesforce or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting practices.
• English proficiency for working with global teams and clients.
