What you will do

• Manage projects with Salesforce CRM, ensuring defined methodology, processes, and quality of deliverables.
• Support project structuring and governance, emphasizing its importance to the company.
• Ensure compliance and predictability of schedules, scope, delivery quality, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Present project updates to relevant stakeholders, customers, and project team members.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and serve as the focal point for client communication.
• Report to the PMO and request necessary professional and material resources.

Requirements

• Complete University Studies in IT or Business-related areas.
• Studying MBA or Complete.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service projects, preferably using Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud, Loyalty, and Data Cloud).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
