Project Manager (Web Development)

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies daily.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with developers, UI/UX, QA, marketing, and content teams.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and KPIs for management.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in web development or digital fields.
• Understanding of web technologies and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Figma.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP/Prince II or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus is required.
