Salary: $183,855–$216,300 USD

What you will do

• Provide legal advice to Marketing and Growth teams on brand campaigns, sponsorships, advertising, and promotions.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and provide commercially practical guidance for cross-border campaigns.
• Scale legal advice for efficient business growth and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the broader hirify.global Legal team to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage external counsel effectively and develop strong domain expertise.

Requirements

• Direct experience supporting global marketing teams, including reviewing advertising, advising on claim substantiation, and drafting disclosures.
• Direct experience independently managing the full life-cycle of brand campaigns, including business affairs matters.
• Ability to assess risks and provide strategic legal solutions related to intellectual property rights clearance (music, talent, film), rights of publicity, trademark, and copyright.
• Experience advising on domestic and international sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions.
• Extensive experience independently structuring and negotiating complex marketing-related agreements.
• Ability to work closely with Marketing and Growth to build trusted relationships and deliver coordinated legal input.

Nice to have

• Enthusiasm for and a basic understanding of crypto.
• Experience in a business affairs capacity.
• Knowledge of privacy, intellectual property, and financial services laws applicable to marketing and/or crypto.
• Direct experience supporting policy-related advocacy campaigns.
