Location: Remote (US Only) with occasional onsite meetings in Seattle, WA (at least once per year). Work hours are optimized for the Pacific Time Zone.

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s privacy statements and compliance materials.
• Monitor and advise on emerging privacy- and AI-related legislation and regulatory developments.
• Independently negotiate commercial agreements, addressing data use, privacy, security, and intellectual property.
• Design and implement scalable legal processes that enable privacy compliance and AI governance.
• Represent hirify.global in discussions with customers, partners, regulators, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of legal experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for U.S. privacy law compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements.
• Experience translating legal and regulatory requirements into scalable, adopted processes.
• J.D. or equivalent from an ABA accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
