TL;DR

Location: This role is based in our Denver offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $136,000 - $160,000 USD; Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $120,000 - $141,000 USD; Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $106,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own and optimize our app store channel performance globally.
  • Design and implement testing strategies to measure incrementality and identify points of diminishing returns.
  • Collaborate with data science to execute lift studies and match market tests across key channels.
  • Partner with creative and legal teams to develop high-performing, compliant assets using rapid A/B testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and lifecycle teams to shape full-funnel user journeys tailored to acquisition channels.
  • Proactively drive a growth agenda by identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand reach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within consumer financial services or a data-driven field.
  • Demonstrated success managing paid social, programmatic, or app store marketing channels with a focus on optimization and results.
  • Analytical mindset with experience running sophisticated tests and setting up attribution systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across creative, legal, product marketing, and analytics.
  • A hands-on approach and comfort with channel execution alongside strategic thinking.
  • Must be based in our Denver offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
