What you will do

• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and fellow executives, contributing to broader business models.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract lifelong members, leveraging data and market intelligence.
• Collaborate across departments to identify, price, and launch competitive financial products.
• Spearhead digital marketing evolution, including automation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
• Elevate the Credit Union’s visibility by telling compelling stories about its impact and innovation.
• Lead, administer, and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS), Member Satisfaction Score (MSS), and Member Experience Score (MES) surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, growth, or business strategy roles.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success driving measurable, sustainable above-market growth (membership, revenue, market share).
• Experience building or optimizing digital marketing infrastructure, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with marketing, product, digital, and/or retail operations.
