What you will do

• Analyze threat intelligence reports to create signatures, queries, and analytics for detection and prevention.
• Partner with security operations and incident response teams during active investigations.
• Evaluate new exploits and vulnerabilities to determine their impact on infrastructure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries regarding cyber threats in the financial sector.
• Disseminate clear, actionable intelligence to technical teams and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to identify cyber threats.
• Proficiency with cyber threat intelligence concepts and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong online research skills, including the use of OSINT and social media for adversary tracking.
• Understanding of how geopolitical events influence the cybersecurity landscape.
