What you will do

• Build compelling and user-focused experiences on hirify.global.com to acquire and convert enterprise leads.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve and grow hirify.global’s web-based products such as Management Console and QR Assist.
• Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture across all hirify.global experiences, including iOS and Android.
• Lead collaborative discovery and research on customers, end-users, and environments, translating findings into clear opportunities.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to align cross-functional teams and generate potential solutions.
• Own design efforts from lo-fi to hi-fi and support QA through release, utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
