What you will do

• Seek and review user feedback, empathizing with user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive direction and understand problems.
• Generate design solutions (wireframes, user flows, prototypes) and create high-fidelity design comps and assets.
• Present new design concepts, implement necessary feedback, and test prototypes with users.
• Produce designs consistent with the brand's design system across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Communicate and document the myriad of states, scenarios, and edge cases of a design.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct user testing and synthesize research findings for product teams.
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and understanding on developing and guiding others.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• 3+ years in human interaction sociology, psychology, interaction/visual design or equivalent.
• Portfolio of outstanding work.
