What you will do
- Provide daily executive support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements.
- Prepare concise briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Plan and execute internal events, including all-hands and offsites.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Support key strategic initiatives through light project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost judgment and integrity.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or scaleup.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
- Highly self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working remotely.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and quality.
- Naturally proactive, thinking two steps ahead and acting before being asked.
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive); Notion experience is a plus.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
- Able to meet in person in London periodically and travel significantly (around 10 times per year, mostly across Europe with occasional trips to New York).
