What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and clients, consulting on their strategic vision with hirify.global solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges during system setup and implementation.
• Support technical relationships to build confidence and satisfaction through recommendations.
• Develop and deliver tools, collateral, and enablement for the customer team to maintain technical knowledge.
• Provide customer feedback on future functionalities to product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, including at least two years in client-facing software implementation or account management at a SaaS company.
• Technical knowledge covering REST APIs, SSO frameworks (Entra ID/Azure preferred, SCIM desirable), and deployment support (e.g., browser extension deployment, Intune, GPO).
• Ability to rapidly learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
• Proven success in leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently resolve issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Fluency in English is required.
