Location: Hybrid work, with team members coming into the office twice a week. Must be based in London, Berlin, or Cologne.

What you will do

• Be a trusted technical advisor, consulting clients on their strategic vision with hirify.global solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and complex technical concepts into simple language.
• Troubleshoot customer system setup challenges.
• Support technical relationships to drive confidence and satisfaction through information and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver tools, collateral, and enablement approaches for the Customer team.
• Gather customer feedback on future functionalities for product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, with at least two years in client-facing software implementation or account management at a SaaS company.
• Technical knowledge covering REST APIs, SSO frameworks (Entra ID preferred), and deployment support (e.g., browser extension, Intune, GPO).
• Ability to rapidly learn and work with emerging technologies.
• Proven success leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Fluency in English (C1+); German, French, Spanish, or Japanese desired.

• SCIM knowledge desirable.
