Infrastructure Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Infrastructure Engineer (Fintech): Managing and integrating external platforms within LBG, contributing to environment management best practices, and shaping infrastructure strategy. Focus on collaboration with testing/development teams, driving standardization, and adopting modern engineering practices.

Location: Hybrid – at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in our Edinburgh office.

Salary: £59,850 – £73,150

• Collaborate with testing teams and external providers to resolve issues and implement new functionality.
• Contribute to produce roadmaps and drive standardisation across infrastructure services.
• Apply best practices in environment management and support self-service capabilities.
• Participate in learning and development initiatives to adopt modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• Experience with FNZ Platform or similar infrastructure stacks is highly desirable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a positive mindset.
• Capability to contribute to infrastructure strategy and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of GCP or other cloud platforms is beneficial but not essential.
