Senior Manager Customer Connections (Digital Wallets): Leading the commercial and product management of payments for PCA accounts across core brands with an accent on driving commercial results and ensuring good customer outcomes. Focus on setting P&L goals, managing performance, overseeing risk decisions related to regulatory compliance, and prioritizing mobile-first solutions.

Location: Hybrid, 40% (two days) in an office site in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, Leeds, or Manchester (UK)

Salary: £76,194 – £89,640

What you will do

  • Achieve commercial revenue and product budget targets; meet customer volume targets.
  • Collaborate to develop and deliver commercial objectives, including P&L goals and strategic changes.
  • Own risk decisions and maintain a robust system of risk management and internal controls.
  • Prioritize mobile-first solutions focusing on accessibility, personalization, and value.
  • Demonstrate understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitor trends.
  • Drive product changes to achieve organizational commercial goals and create solutions with the Customer Value Proposition team.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and written skills.
  • Background in regulatory engagement, product management, external affairs, or consultancy.
  • Adaptability in dealing with ambiguity and working across a complex organization and wide stakeholder group.
  • Track record of delivering results and leadership in the retail payment sector.
