Focus on defining how global enterprises manage currency, anticipating technical obstacles, and ensuring smooth execution and delivery within a regulated FinTech environment.

Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the London office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Define and drive FX product strategy, vision, and roadmap, communicating a unified vision across cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear direction to engineering, anticipating technical obstacles and ensuring smooth execution, consistent launches, and increased delivery speed and quality.
• Own operational and regulatory risks for the FX product, proactively mitigating them and collaborating extensively on cross-domain dependencies.
• Master the global FX market, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints, validating problems through research and user feedback.
• Execute data-driven prioritization, leveraging strong analytical skills to balance client needs, commercial growth, and long-term product vision.
• Monitor product performance, focusing on key indicators such as FX margins, client transaction conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on Foreign Exchange (FX).
• Practical knowledge of FX market structure, including spot, forwards, options, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprise consumption.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear, executable product plans and user stories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
