TL;DR

Senior Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript): Developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance frontend applications for the hirify.global Chart page with an accent on UI/UX, scalability, performance, and maintainability. Focus on proactive problem-solving, architectural decisions, and coding best practices within a collaborative team.

Location: Flexible hybrid working model (relocation assistance and support available if applicable).

What you will do

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams, product managers, and designers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Proactively identify and solve technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, promote coding best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of modern frontend best practices, including HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and frontend architecture.
Experience implementing CI/CD processes and conducting code reviews.
Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
English: B2 required.

Nice to have

Familiarity with SEO optimization and accessibility standards (A11Y).
Prior experience in mentoring and training team members.
