What you will do

• Work with Product and UX to design and develop React-based UIs from discovery to delivery.
• Design and build UIs to visualize complex performance data, collaborating with Java 21 backend and OpenAPI specs.
• Integrate LLM-powered AI features into the product, focusing on natural user experiences.
• Shape frontend architecture decisions and contribute to team growth through coaching and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering organization, including 10% travel to France.

Requirements

• 5+ years building complex web applications with strong TypeScript/React experience.
• Deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals and experience with frontend tooling/build pipelines.
• Track record of shipping quality code and influencing engineering practices.
• Product mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, asks "why" before "how", and works in agile teams.
• Pragmatic approach: pick up new tech, balance between perfect and shipped, and explain technical tradeoffs.
