What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for front-end systems, including state management, component design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain reusable, accessible component libraries and design systems.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize bundle sizes, and ensure optimal rendering for data-intensive applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate designs from Figma and integrate with backend teams for RESTful APIs and real-time data streams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Expert proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with modern CSS solutions (CSS Modules, styled-components).
• Deep understanding of React ecosystem including hooks, context, and state management solutions.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with testing frameworks (React Testing Library, Playwright) and methodologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).

Nice to have

• Experience with GenUI/AI techniques in UI/UX implementation.
