TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving market success and adoption for a specific product domain within the hirify.global platform with an accent on defining messaging, positioning, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, Netherlands / EU). Candidates must live in Utrecht or within travel distance to the Utrecht office and be willing to work from the office two days per week. A valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship is required.

Salary: €3,515–€5,407 per month (gross, based on a 40-hour workweek).

What you will do

  • Own and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for core products and features.
  • Define compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate hirify.global globally.
  • Translate technical features into value propositions based on market analytics and client insights.
  • Provide customer and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with strategic content and training.
  • Build and scale product marketing analytics and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing technology.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and online marketing ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions and shape GTM strategy, coupled with a strong analytical mindset for KPI definition and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship required.
  • Must live in Utrecht or within travel distance to the Utrecht office, with willingness to work from the Utrecht office two days per week.
  • Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
