What you will do
- Own and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for core products and features.
- Define compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate hirify.global globally.
- Translate technical features into value propositions based on market analytics and client insights.
- Provide customer and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with strategic content and training.
- Build and scale product marketing analytics and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing technology.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce and online marketing ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions and shape GTM strategy, coupled with a strong analytical mindset for KPI definition and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship required.
- Must live in Utrecht or within travel distance to the Utrecht office, with willingness to work from the Utrecht office two days per week.
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
