TL;DR

Sales Enablement & Product Platform Program Manager (AI): Designing and delivering the end-to-end Sales New Hire experience and the ongoing product and platform enablement strategy with an accent on rapid ramp-up and continuous fluency. Focus on building comprehensive onboarding, certification programs, and scalable enablement systems for an AI-enabled platform.

Location: Located in San Francisco, California and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Design and deliver comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding and a 30-60-90 certification program.
  • Build and lead Sales New Hire Bootcamps, ensuring reps can confidently demonstrate the core platform.
  • Deliver continuous product enablement to keep the sales team current on new features and workflows.
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence for release readiness, refresh training, and advanced platform deep dives.
  • Build scalable, on-demand enablement assets including playbooks, demo scripts, videos, and internal resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to ensure clarity and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Product, or GTM Enablement in a high-growth SaaS or B2G environment.
  • Proven experience building onboarding, certifications, bootcamps, and enablement content.
  • Strong facilitator with excellent storytelling and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling sales narratives and demos.
  • Located in San Francisco, California and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.
