What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Managers and social executives to deliver world-class social campaigns.
- Mentor and support the team in their career development.
- Support the growth team by pitching new client programs and upselling existing clients.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams (Production, Influencer, Creative, Strategy).
- Help build and direct client communication campaigns to exceed objectives.
- Manage day-to-day project aspects of campaigns, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Requirements

- Strong project delivery management including timelines, budgets, documentation, and briefs.
- Proficiency in client campaign reporting and comfortable presenting.
